Well, it's official. We got an offer on the house on Friday and signed yesterday. Now we just have to wait the 10 day option period and pray the inspection goes well and they don't back out. What a relief!!!! I was really getting worried about carrying two mortgages...but kept the faith and tried to be patient. It paid off more than I can ever imagine.

That I scrapped Noah in pink. :) I decided to join this contest at Digital Scrapbook Artisan Guild and the kit they sent me was mainly pink so figured with baby photos you just never know for sure if it is a boy or girl most of the time. Ha! I really LOVE this kit and wish they had something similar in blues/browns. Would be way cool to scrap with. Credits for this layout are Freestyle Frolic which was their April kit.

LOL! I have the same issue with all the gorgeous pink kits!!! I love them, but have a hard time putting them to good use. Sometimes just for practice, I have to use one of my baby boys too. Glad I'm not the only one!!! Gorgeous layout!!!
