Can I just say WOW. I had gotten the first grab bag as well and it was jam packed too. This one is just as good! I am not even a designer and loved the items in this bag. I know I will get some good use out of most of them. I have to say the patterns for paper and textures in there are going to get worn out. :) You can still get the first Grab Bag too for a short time before they are revealed.

Packing day continued...

Okay, so I am leaving to go and get a few more boxes and such this afternoon and I go out to start the car and it is dead. I mean I can't even lock the doors dead. Of all days??!?!!!!???!?!?!?! But, the good side of it is a) it didn't strand me out in public...I was at home. And b) it didn't strand me while we were en route to our new place. So, I am actually thankful this happened today believe it or not.

Boxes, boxes everywhere! They are all over my house. We have a few more things outside to pack. It rained this evening so didn't get to get out and do that. Plus a few things that we will be taking with us and it's finished. The movers come first thing in the morning. Woo-hoo! And they want to move our close date up so hopefully that will happen as well. Just keeping the faith things will continue along this path. Not stressed strangely enough. I am stressed, but not freaking out. I would be odd if I wasn't stressed. But wait a minute...I am odd anyway! :)~

House hunting is in my future this weekend....

Packing day...

Wow, they are here packing the kitchen, breakfast room and breakables. I didn't realize I would get nervous. Man, my heart is racing. Mike has the boys and is running errands. They are sensing the craziness and are out of sorts, not sleeping well. The dog knows too. Man...I hope the rest of the move goes smoothly and they adjust well. I just keep taking deep breaths and know it will all work out. At least the packing people got here early today so I can finish up after they leave and we may be able to just enjoy some time together as a family tonight. Keeping my fingers crossed...

T minus 2 days and counting

Wow...only two more days and we are outta here! Packing is coming along. I am about out of boxes and the box store is closed today for the holiday. Oh shucks. But it will stress me out tomorrow when we are trying to finish up I am sure. :(

I actually scrapped a layout last night. Man, two in just a couple of days...what's up with that? I guess I need the stress relief or something. Noah had a meltdown just as I was finishing it up so didn't get to post last night. I used Colie's kit Sweet Cheeks and the fonts were Granouille and Gigi. I am always drawn to the colors of these kits. Love the spring feel on this one. But the other colors in the kit lend itself wonderfully to summer layouts too. Very versatile.

The photos were actually from a day we got kicked out of the house for them to show it. The weather was perfect so we all went to the park and just had a nice afternoon. The boys LOVE to just run around and I got some great shots so they begged to be scrapped. :)

Cameron and Noah continue to crack me up. A few weeks ago Cameron had tumbled over and I laughed. He thought it was funny he could get a laugh so started to intentionally fall over and look at me to make sure I was laughing. He did it again tonight. Do I have a class clown on my hands or what? And both of the them have discovered spinning in circles and making themselves dizzy. So funny to watch!

I got to scrap last night! Yippee!!!! We had bought these poppers last weekend and they LOVE these things! They have no batteries and just are old fashioned toys. They run all over the place with them throughout the day. The kit I used was Counting Flies by MCA Designs. Great kit! And the font was BoyzRGross.


Only five more days to go! The count down is officially started. So ready!!!!!! Packing is coming along but jeez, I will be so happy when I no longer have to say I am packing. And the unpacking won't come for several weeks so woo-hoo...I'll at least have a little break in there. :)

So go, enjoy your holiday weekend (if you are where you have one). I myself and going to enjoy family coming to visit tomorrow and then off to some friends for a BBQ. What better way to enjoy the day. :)

Another week closer...

This time next week we will be in an apartment in the new place. Wow...it is finally here and about to happen! So hard to believe. In so many ways it just drug on and on and in so many it flew by. Sad to be leaving. But won't be sad not to be packing anymore!

The boys are getting so very big. They continue to amaze me every day. Cameron has decided he likes to throw fits. And I mean fits. He balls his fists up and screams and turns all red. This is what happens when he doesn't get what he wants or has to do something he doesn't want to. Not sure how to break that habit but for now I just don't draw any attention to it and hopefully since he isn't getting any attention from it will stop. Fun, fun. Noah isn't as bad at it as he had been so hopefully the same thing worked on him.

The weekend will be full of finishing up things. I need to sit down and really organize myself tonight. I have to make the map of the trip, find a hotel, find some places to stop along the way for the boys to get out and run, etc, etc. I have just procrastinated I guess. Not a good thing but I so work better under pressure. :)
